Kelly Osborn rocks it. And rocks it real well. Who else {besides Gwen Stefani and Katy Perry} can pull off colored hair so well?! I could never and I mean never. There's something so funky and feminine about pastel colored hair that I just adore. Beyond adore. It's simply spectacular.
