I’ve noticed lately {through my blog postings} that I’ve been neglecting a very important element of any wedding. And with this Saturday’s wedding at The Four Seasons, it reminded me just how important the wedding cake is to complete such a grand event. Jenny had the master artists at The Four Seasons create a massive reproduction of her new husband’s pet iguana—seriously, massive. It fit a 6 foot table, alone. The guests loved and indulged in it’s greatness. Thanks to the inspiration I soaked in from Jenny+David’s wedding, I dedicate this week to wedding cakes, begining with ombre styled cakes...
